Garanti Payment Systems gives support to many projects in many fields with the sense of social responsibility. Sport, environment and education are the main subjects it provides support.

All works carried out by GPS acting from the point that social responsibility projects will be beneficial when they are sustainable, but not just for one time, expand more each year and the number of participants also increase more.

GPS & Education

"Bonus Academy" is organized by GPS on the purpose of providing the young throughout Turkey, who are at the beginning of business life or want to shape their careers, with the opportunity of making an equipped and informed start to their careers by giving training on marketing and sales. This exclusive training which is supported by Bahcesehir University and contained all topics of marketing and abc of sales is given by the doyen professionals inspiring through their success as well as the academicians.

Creating a great difference by course hours and price policy as well as the highly comprehensive content of the training, Bonus Academy is organized not just at one point, but in 6 cities simultaneously. The courses for which Cinebonus saloons are used instead of training centers are followed live due to the technologic infrastructure established. Furthermore, it allows building interaction with the trainers, regardless of whatever the city is. Bonus Academy also provides a CV pool service for the participants who want to find a job. CV of every participant who has successfully completed the training and who wishes so is shared with the human resources of Bonus Member business places over 320.0000, especially Garanti Bank and Dogus Group and the leading companies of Turkey.

GPS & Environment

Garanti Bank has been carrying out projects for fighting against the environmental issues and supporting existing ones for long years.

And the wish of making its customers partner to the contribution made for nature protection has caused the creation of Environmentalist Bonus Card idea. Making a part of gained Bonuses donated to WWF-Turkey and launched in 2007, Environmentalist Bonus is a 100% ecologic product in every aspect.

In designing Environmentalist Bonus Card, the possible least level of PVC is used; thereby the card is decomposed in the nature quickly. Additionally, for all printed materials like envelopes, letters and brochures used for the communication of Environmentalist Bonus, recycled paper is preferred. In this way, extra donation is ensured for WWF-Turkey as well as paper savings. GPS also organizes many campaigns with Environmentalist Bonus for raising environmental awareness, from elementary school children to adults.

GPS & Skiing

"Bonus Snow Masters" contests organized by Bonus Card since 2001 are carried out in 4 different categories as mini, children, young and adult in ski and snowboard branches. The ones ranked first in Bonus Snow Masters are entitled to join Turkish Ski and Snowboard Championship.

Bonus Snow Masters plays an important role for Turkish winter sports to take part in the world classification. Organized for making sports community gain promising young names who will successfully represent Turkey at abroad, Bonus Snow Masters comes to the fore as the most important winter sports organization carried out in Turkey.

GPS & Sailing

Bosphorus Cup is a sport contest that has the highest level of competition in Turkey and offers a great excitement to the audience over a water body like Bosphorus which is unique in the world and combined two continents. These races, besides being the greatest yacht race of the region, having a purpose of endearing yachting to people who lives in Istanbul and started after deciding to realize over just one day in 2002 are carried out under the sponsorship of Shop&Miles brand. Organized with the participation of 25 boats first year, Shop & Miles Bosphorus Cup has become an international race providing a much more participation day by day, which hundreds of boats join today.

It was extended more first with Turgutreis and then Didim racetracks in 2008 and its name was changed to Shop&Miles Sailing Cup. The award of the races followed with an increasing interest at home and also abroad and contributed to the international introduction of Turkey is again very important for the development of this sport, because winner of all 3 laps is entitled to join Les Voiles de Saint Tropez races in Saint Tropez. The winner of 2009, Provezza boat ranked first in Les Volies and due to the organization, Turkey achieves many successful results.

GPS & Tennis

Started to be organized in 1979 in the world under the support of American Express and successfully carried out in our country for long years under TED organization, Challenger Tours' Istanbul step, TED Open is organized under the name of American Express in 2009.

Every year almost 100 players join the "American Express Istanbul Challenger" tournament which is organized among men by "Association of Tennis Professionals ATP Tour", one of the most important authorities on tennis in the world and recognized as the "Wimbledon of Turkey".
